Great room, great buffet restaurant, nice outdoor pool and spa facilities on the last floor. Being pet friendly was the reason we came but it’s somewhere I’d come back to even if we were traveling without a dog. Being able to walk to the mall across the highway was great too!

This is a great hotel with good parking, located near to the malls in Concepción. Ideal to stay one night if you are travelling further as it has a great connection to the the highway. Service is good, the rooms are huge, breakfast is excellent. High value for money.

A good hotel - the room was excellent, and the restaurant and breakfast were very good. A great option for an overnight stay when travelling.

Free parking. Very good breakfast. Big rooms and comfortable beds and great big shower. Close to a big shopping mall and to the Airport.

Large room, comfortable bed, good food in restaurant and friendly staff! Highly recommend this hotel in Concepcion area!

Service was really good. I have been in severel hotels, and this is the best. Good breakfast, perfect dinner. Many thanks to staff! The staff was very respectful.

Vey nice hotel, with good restaurant and a welcome drink. The accommodation is fine, although also needing renovation, since one can clearly see it's aging.
